00:00 >> Seven straight years of not advancing in the dance, Mike,
00:03 what gives you confidence you're still the right guy?
00:07 >> 51 years of life, I mentioned that I think in this setting earlier.
00:12 I'm not lacking confidence in my ability to do the job.
00:18 While at the same time, there's frustration,
00:22 because I want that confetti for this group.
00:26 And so whatever we gotta do to do it, whatever changes need to be made,
00:31 I'm open to it.
00:32 >> When you talk about wanting some confetti for the group,
00:35 how much does specifically a guy like Cam Hayward, been here for a long time,
00:39 sort of hard to hold the team, if he does decide to come back,
00:42 how much does wanting that guy to experience a championship now,
00:45 as opposed to in the next two or three quarters?
00:48 >> I think I always move in that urgency.
00:52 I think you can point to guys like that annually, that are deserving of being
00:57 champions and you want them to have that taste.
01:00 Probably one of my biggest regrets professionally is that Marquise Pouncey,
01:06 for example, is not a world champion, because that guy is.
01:10 And so that is a motivating factor for me certainly, but continually, it is.
