01:48 and take 10 minutes to gather myself,

01:51 It's better than sitting around on grass.

02:06 after 25 minutes sleep, and it's pissing rain,

02:18 especially on a cold, crisp fall morning, sunny,

02:23 you're kind of tired, groggy out of it.

02:27 When you ride in, you get that surge of energy

02:32 - My morning ride is usually fuzzy.
