00:00 Hello, my name is Eric Kinney and I hired a voice actor to tell you about my new show,
00:07 Happy Fuji News.
00:10 It's a special kind of movie made entirely out of woodblock prints, edited live through
00:23 a portable theater, and it goes like this.
00:29 Ah, what a beautiful day to show the wonders of Mt. Fuji to curious travelers.
00:35 There's so many apps.
00:43 Are you into Yanis Xenakis? I listen to his music a lot.
00:50 What?

01:03 It all started a few years ago when I picked up a nice location like this little pond in
01:08 Brussels and brainstormed a few ideas for a scenario.
01:13 Then I started drawing each frame on a piece of wood and I carved it out to reveal the
01:19 image. Next, each woodcut gets printed with firm pressure and voila, a frame for the show.
01:28 After that, I asked my friend Raphael Desmare to do the soundcheck.
01:34 And gathered a few friends to lend their voices to the characters.
01:46 If you'd like to see the show in your town, give me a call.
01:51 Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you soon.
