00:25 So he asked, yeah, you have a very famous last name, yeah?

00:29 And then I told him, and he was surprised.

00:45 >> I always lived in, let's say, more and more in the shadow or not.

00:51 I like it like that.

00:58 My brother was into racing, my dad was into racing.
01:00 But I was always a big Dakar fan since I'm a kid.
01:03 I'm watching each Dakar every year.
01:05 I like the racing, I like the team, I like the atmosphere, I like the adventure.

01:18 >> Honestly, I expected it a little bit softer, not so hard.
01:22 The first few days were very tough.

01:28 I just started last year driving.
01:30 So I'm learning every day in the car.
01:32 And the dunes, I learned a lot.
01:34 In Morocco, I was a little bit scared still.
01:35 Now at the end of the quarter, I did it really, really good.
01:38 But I'm learning every day and I'm enjoying it.

01:41 I'm doing this Dakar just for me.
01:43 I'm not improving anybody, look at what I'm doing.
01:46 I'm just doing it for me.
01:47 It was always a dream.
01:48 It's like a challenge I have.
01:50 For sure you wanna go faster and faster and faster, but I'm 44 years old.
01:53 I was never a pro.
01:55 The other guys are so fast.
01:56 It's another level.
01:59 But the only thing is I can only race myself.

02:05 I'm not here just to get to the finish.
02:08 I wanna get as far as I can get.
02:12 So my goal was top ten.
02:14 If I get to ten, the dream come true.
