00:00 On August 24, 2023, I signed the Republic Act No. 11959, known as the Regional Specialty Centers Act.
00:12 These are our specialty centers, specialty hospitals in different places.
00:17 As of December 2023, we have established 131 specialty centers nationwide.
00:26 We have given P11.12 billion for 2024 so that we can establish specialty centers in different places.
00:36 We have also done a lot under the Doctors to the Barangays program.
00:43 This program has been expanded to 204 out of 218 municipalities.
00:50 91% of municipalities have a doctor.
00:58 This is very important.
01:00 This program is still ongoing so that we can say that we are really monitoring the health of our citizens.
