Solution for Virtualization not enabled in BIOS

Deactivate the hypervisor launch type.

Command : bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype off

Activate the hypervisor launch type.

Command : bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype auto

PowerShell remove all Hyper-V features.

Command : Disable-WindowsOptionalFeature -Online -FeatureName Microsoft-Hyper-V-All
