00:40 He's in transition, and one thing I like about Jelly JQ,
00:44 he's good with his speed and his change of pace.
00:47 So right now he's starting with the ball

00:50 He's full speed.
00:51 He switches the ball to his left hand,
00:54 and does a nice little hezi behind and back, right?
00:58 What I really like about this move is,

01:04 Now as a defender, the defender's like,
01:06 "Yo, what just happened?"
01:07 And then, does a quick behind the back, right?
01:11 A defender steps up, right?
01:13 One thing about Jelly Q, he's good at countering.
01:16 So another defender steps up,
01:18 he gets a nice U-R-L step,
01:20 and hands it off to his big, right?
01:23 In this situation, you could either lay it up,
01:25 or hand it off to your big, or do whatever.
01:27 There's a bunch of options out of this move.

01:56 is the push cross, right?
01:58 A push cross is moving the ball from one side of your body
02:02 to the other side of your body.
02:03 The big thing about Jelly JQ, like I said before, right?
02:06 He's in transition, but he's slow right now, right?
02:09 He's jogging, and then one second,
02:13 moves the ball across his body,
02:15 goes right by his defender, right?
02:17 So let's do this in full speed.

03:31 All right, y'all, here's a move by Shariff Cooper.

03:40 Y'all know him as being a shifty guard, right?
03:42 And what he likes to do a lot
03:44 is really just lower his defenders to sleep, right?
03:47 And so in this move, he does a lot of moves, right?
03:50 So in this clip, you're probably like,
03:51 "Yo, what is he doing?"
03:52 Right, but to break it down,
03:54 he's just lowering his defender to sleep
03:56 with a quick double tap swing,
03:58 then a hezi in and out, and then he crosses,
04:01 and then he does a step back.
04:03 So in this move, right,
04:05 he can do anything out of these moves.
04:07 He can shoot, he can hezi and go by,
04:13 or he can spin, shot, or go by, right?
04:17 So, so many moves.
04:18 Let's get into it.

04:31 Defender, go to sleep.
04:43 All right, y'all, so now we got Jordan McCabe, right?

04:51 lowering his defenders to sleep.
04:52 So in this move, he just does a simple tween, right?
04:56 He does this move to just fill out his defenders, right?
04:59 Then from the simple tween, he does a quick snatch, right?
05:04 And this is what causes the highlight tapes
05:06 and everything like that.
05:07 So, goes from lowering to sleep, snatch, okay?
05:11 And then he notices his defenders are still there.
05:13 His defender is still there.
05:14 So what he wants to do is gain more separation
05:17 with the quick side step three.
05:19 So let's do this move.

05:52 So right now, what he's doing is a cross tween,
05:55 and he's starting with his left hand, right?

06:10 and then he does his layup.

06:14 you gotta be able to do a bunch of counters,

06:18 And this is how you become a good ball handler.
