Canberra’s RSPCA struggling to care for double the number of animals it usually does

Canberra's RSPCA is under immense pressure, with more than 350 animals currently in its care. That's more than double the number it would normally have at any given time. And the shelter's outdated infrastructure makes caring for this many animals a challenge.
