Dashcam footage of a driver performing a "brake check" along a busy road recently is being investigated by the police, says Gombak OCPD Asst Comm Noor Ariffin Mohamad Nasir.
He said in a statement on Saturday (Jan 6) that the incident occurred along the MRR2, heading from Batu Caves towards Ampang.
