00:00 >> I think the guys can use that to reference in their mind,
00:03 like us having success in the kind of same venue.
00:06 We're going in against a lot of the same people.
00:08 But I think more it's about game to game, us tweaking where we're at currently and
00:13 what we need to do to have success this week.
00:15 And so I think more the emphasis is on the present time than what's happened in
00:19 the past, although that serves as a good backdrop to coach off of with the guys.
00:24 >> Which fun are you having right now?
00:26 I mean, you and Sully as offensive coordinators with the way the office is
00:30 going to momentum with you guys are building.
00:32 >> It's a lot more fun coming to these press conferences like right now,
00:35 after the past two performances than it had been prior, I'll say it like that.
00:39 But I'll be honest with you,
00:40 even when we were kind of going through some of our sticky times there recently.
00:44 After the change happened, like guys weren't acting, I'm saying guys,
00:47 I'm saying the staff wasn't acting funny, guys were coming into work.
00:50 We still laughed in the staff room, we still enjoyed being around each other.
00:54 And it's hard for me to believe that that's not a contributing factor to us
00:59 being able to turn some things around here lately.
01:01 >> Is the locker room still, is the locker room pretty loose right now?
01:04 I mean, to about from the way that they bounced back after those three losses?
01:08 >> Yeah, I feel like the guys are engaged, they locked in, they wanna win.
01:11 I don't, again, like you guys have asked me before,
01:14 whether it was the locker room buying in, did you feel like it was getting splintered?
01:17 I said no then, and I feel the same way now.
01:19 I mean, they're buying in and they're a pleasure to coach right now.
