00:00 >> I think he's done well.
00:02 And the good thing is he's done well, but he's got so much room for improvement and
00:06 he could be so much of a better player.
00:07 And he's got a lot of things that, obviously we want him to continue to
00:11 improve this year, but as we work into the off season,
00:13 he's got a lot of room to jump and improve and we've got to push him that way.
00:18 So it's been good and we were deliberate and I think it worked out well for him.
00:23 >> What are those areas that you think he could improve in?
00:26 >> Just like every player, I don't wanna get in specifics right now.
00:29 That'll be stuff for the off season.
00:30 >> The bottom line is he's gonna have some success, but he knows and
00:33 we know there's lots of things on tape that can be a lot better.
00:36 And I think if you're not always improving in this league,
00:39 you're gonna fall back and people are gonna catch up to you and pass you.
00:42 So he better work and he better do those things to get better and
00:46 not feel like he's made it.
00:48 Because if you feel like you've made it in this league,
00:49 that's when you get swallowed up.
00:50 >> Carol, he asked to cover these top guys, right?
00:54 >> He does.
00:54 >> Has he ever asked so far and you said no?
00:57 >> I don't think so.
00:59 >> [LAUGH] >> I don't think so.
01:02 >> What does that allow you defensively, you guys, to do?
01:05 I mean, obviously, when he goes side to side, everybody else's job changes well.
01:10 Does that limit what you can do with the other guys or
01:13 does that make it easier on the other guys?
01:15 >> No, it doesn't limit because I think we have a pretty smart group.
01:18 And so when you get put in different positions, they're able to handle that.
01:21 And I think really what it does is it allows us to get best matchups across
01:24 the board and hopefully helps us win.
01:28 And so that's really what I would do.
01:29 And it hasn't hurt us where we're just terrible.
01:35 We haven't done, we've blown some things and
01:38 we've had some deep passes on us, which we all wanna get better at.
01:42 But I think overall, I think it's one of the things,
01:45 the guys are playing well together and we just see things that we have to get better.
01:49 But those come in more practice.
