META Akuisisi Pemilik PLTM Lau Gunung Senilai Rp45 Miliar

PT Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk (META) baru saja merampungkan akuisisi 496.645 saham, atau setara 38,77 persen milik PT Pembangunan Perumahan Energi (PPE), yang ditempatkan dan disetor dalam PT Inpola Meka Energi (IME).  Proses akuisisi dilakukan melalui salah satu entitas anak usaha META, yaitu PT Energi Infranusantara (EI), yang juga sekaligus merupakan induk usaha dan pemegang saham untuk seluruh unit pembangkit tenaga listrik dan infrastruktur penyediaan tenaga listrik di bawah naungan grup META.
