Transport officials and police have begun two separate investigations after a Japan Airlines Airbus A350 collided with a Coast Guard aircraft at Haneda Airport in Tokyo.

00:11 Today the Japanese police and the Japan Transport Safety Board inspected the crash site and
00:18 the wreckage and authorities have reportedly found the black box from the smaller Coast
00:23 Guard plane but they are still searching for the recordings from the passenger jet.
00:28 Now the transport investigation is expected to be global with agencies from France and
00:35 Britain where the plane and its engines were manufactured also contributing.
00:41 Now Japan Airlines has said that its crew have reported back to the company that they
00:46 were told to proceed with the landing after confirming with air traffic control that there
00:51 were no abnormalities with the plane during the flight and of course it's expected that
00:55 the investigation will take a serious look at the instructions given to both planes while
