00:00 Mason, I know you've been around TJ a long time,
00:02 you're friends with him.
00:03 What does he mean to this team, aside the August?
00:05 Well, he was the MVP today, Jerry.
00:08 Yeah, yeah.
00:10 He's, what does he mean?
00:11 I mean, he's just, I mean, he's,
00:16 as much as I've messed with him,
00:17 he's a first guy in, last guy out kind of guy,
00:20 and you need those guys.
00:22 And it helps when he's the highest paid player in your team,
00:25 and he's still doing that,
00:26 and he still works like he does each and every day.
00:29 What a great example that is for every rookie,
00:32 or every new player that comes in here,
00:34 and that's what the Pittsburgh Steelers are all about,
00:38 and he embodies that.
00:40 Mason, you said you mess with TJ.
00:43 How, or even why?
00:45 Like, the last couple weeks,
00:51 and he may not like this,
00:53 but he's been, sometimes the parking lot,
00:56 like on an off day, it'll be a little full,
00:58 and he'll park kind of out there,
01:00 like at the end of a row, kind of on the median.
01:03 And so, I sent a picture to Derek,
01:07 and I said, guy signs a big contract,
01:10 he's parking wherever he wants to now, so.
01:12 Yeah, just stuff like that,
01:17 'cause I know it really hurts him deep down,
01:20 'cause he's just like, he's a perfectionist,
01:21 but he's, outside of that,
01:26 he doesn't do a whole lot wrong, so.
01:28 We'll clean that up.
01:30 Have you always had that kind of relationship with TJ,
01:33 or is that something that had to develop
01:36 over just the course of you guys being in the same building,
01:38 on the same team for so many years?
01:40 He's always been a great teammate to myself,
01:44 or anyone that comes in as a rookie.
01:46 I mean, he was in his second year,
01:49 but he's always a guy that, you know,
01:51 he'll go introduce himself to the P-squad,
01:55 who's just got here week six, or the new drafted rookie, so.
02:00 Yeah, he's always been a good teammate.
