00:10 And we will be in a vaccination center later to mark this important effort.

00:19 As of 2020, the French Development Agency has provided the Rwandan government with

00:25 more than 100 million euros to support the efforts to fight COVID-19 in Rwanda, and

00:31 new projects are still under study.

00:32 I want to salute here, President, your role, your personal involvement, your will, that

00:40 Africa takes all its part to think about the solution, to contribute to it, to contribute

00:47 also to produce, you who knew early on, to understand the importance of education and

00:53 health to allow youth to succeed.
