00:02 >> For Burundi, I've seen what has gone back and forth.
00:09 One part is from what I read and things, Burundi has sought
00:19 to give an impression that actually,
00:26 they have no other problem except Rwanda.
00:31 Well, I will not say much to that.
00:38 I leave it to whoever wants to make a judgment on the basis
00:41 of what they know, what they would want to know,
00:45 to be able to do that.
00:47 But it is also in the same way I mentioned to you
00:50 that we have had all kinds of provocations from Burundi
00:55 and we have not fallen for that.
00:58 We have not been sucked into these provocations
01:05 because I think that would be giving them what they want
01:12 and also trying to prove their point
01:14 that they have no other problem except Rwanda.
01:17 So, that one, we have managed it.
01:20 We will continue to manage it.
01:21 We have no qualms about that.
01:26 But the rest, there are other issues here that are not Rwanda
01:32 about Burundi, which maybe they should be helped
01:40 with in finding a solution
01:44 within the East African Community Framework
01:51 where countries can work together
01:53 to address particular countries' problems.
02:02 I have heard of all kinds of stories about the person
02:09 from Burundi who is the East African Community Secretary
02:14 General who has -- so, that can't be Rwanda.
02:18 When the issues of mismanagement and to a very high degree
02:24 within the East African Community Secretariat's
02:28 management, it has nothing to do with Rwanda.
02:32 But that is something also that can be handled
02:37 by the institutions of East African Community
02:41 that really Rwanda can contribute to,
02:45 but it doesn't play a bigger role than anyone else.
02:53 So, going forward, I think our record is very clear how we have
03:06 intended to do everything within our power as a country, Rwanda,
03:13 to promote regional integration, to promote the well-being
03:19 and cooperation of everyone in the region,
03:24 and we will continue to do so.
