00:27 Here you'll interact with a business friendly economy,
00:30 ranked as the second easiest place to do business in Africa.
00:33 But we prefer to think of Rwanda as part of a continent of a thousand possibilities.
00:40 This is what this summit is about.
00:44 Connecting our people to each other and the world.
00:49 And building an African knowledge economy.
00:53 In Rwanda, as an example, we have launched many initiatives,
00:59 including the Youth Connect.
01:02 This provides an important opportunity for the young people to be connected
01:08 to technology, to jobs, skills,
01:12 that will contribute to the transformation of the continent.
01:17 >> It is time for our continent to begin to trade with one another.
01:22 It is time for our people to begin to move freely across this continent.
01:29 As citizens of this continent, we have the technology today to move goods,
01:35 to trade in goods.
01:37 We have to open up our transport corridors.
01:41 This is what trade is all about.
