00:20 Hi, my name is Jeanetta Graham.
00:32 I'm one of the owners of WACA Fitness, and today we're at our fitness shop.
00:36 We just wanted to show you some of the benefits of having really good gear and
00:39 really good nutritional supplements in helping you to work out better.
00:43 So the first thing I'm gonna talk about is making sure that you have appropriate
00:47 workout gear.
00:48 One of the most important things is you have something that's comfortable.
00:52 So whatever that might be for you,
00:53 depending on what type of style you like, that's completely up to you.
00:57 The other thing that you wanna make sure is that you try to get fabrics that are
01:00 breathable, and there are certain fabrics that are better than others.
01:03 Cotton is not the best for working out, but other fabrics, take for
01:08 instance, let's grab this shirt here.
01:10 This is a nice women's performance tee, and as you can see,
01:13 it has a lot of stretch.
01:14 So that means increased flexibility when you're doing exercise, but
01:17 it's also very light, and it's made out of a performance cotton, or
01:20 excuse me, a performance product.
01:23 So it's really great for when you're working out, you won't get sweat stuck on
01:26 you, and you can be able to move more freely.
01:28 The other thing I really wanna tell you guys about is having some great
01:34 fitness gloves.
01:36 So fitness gloves can be used when you're lifting weights,
01:39 when you're doing pull-ups.
01:40 They're just really great for all sorts of things, so
01:42 that you lessen the impact on your hands, and make sure you don't develop those
01:46 calluses that a lot of people usually do when they're lifting weights a lot.
01:50 So at WACO, we believe that diet is just as important as what you do in the gym,
01:54 and we have a few tools to help you perform better.
01:56 The first one I'm gonna talk about is creatine.
02:00 Creatine is a naturally occurring product in our body that's basically
02:03 reproduced here.
02:05 It actually helps you to work out harder and faster than normally.
02:10 And so it's really about performance.
02:12 If you wanna push yourself to be able to work out longer or even better,
02:16 this is a great product for you, especially if you're trying to lose fat.
02:20 We highly recommend it.
02:21 The other thing that we sell here is protein powder.
02:26 So I know that a lot of you guys are familiar with protein,
02:29 because you eat it every day.
02:30 It's found in meat, your dairy, your eggs.
02:33 And so this is basically a produced form of that.
02:37 And so what we like to tell people is that this is one of the most important
02:40 building blocks in energy and also in muscle gain.
02:43 So if you find you struggle with figuring out what to eat for meals or
02:47 getting enough protein in your diet, this is a great supplement for you to add.

03:08 Now, we're talking about this specific supplement called creatine.
03:12 Now, creatine is a supplement that we use as bodybuilders or
03:18 fitness trainers, but you can use it as an athlete or
03:23 basically as an individual who wants to promote their health.
03:27 So what creatine does is gives you endurance, and
03:30 it has been known to have two functions, not just endurance, but post-workout.
03:36 So that means when you finish working out, your muscles are exhausted.
03:42 So they need a post-workout, where basically they sort of relax and
03:47 they're not damaged, they heal properly.
03:49 So creatine is used as an energy booster, okay?
03:54 It's used to give you more endurance as you work out.
03:58 And the more endurance you have as you work out, that means the more calories you
04:03 get to burn and the more muscles you build, and that is what you want.
04:07 More muscle, less fat.
