00:00 Greta was the first person and the only person we went to because I love her as a writer, as a director.
00:05 There's so much play in how she directs that it creates a real safe space in order for you to feel like you can try
00:24 something and I think you'll really be able to see that with this movie because everyone's trying something different.
00:30 She is a force is the only word for what she is.
00:34 I don't understand how a person has that much energy to give.
00:38 The thing that I really appreciate and admire about her is that there isn't an ounce of
00:42 you know pretentiousness in her body.
00:45 She's just kind of there socializing with everyone, cracking jokes, making fun of things and and you know
00:52 she's the first person to laugh. She will do the off-camera voices
00:56 with the same vigor as
00:59 an enthusiasm as the actor who maybe can't be there for whatever reason.
01:05 She
01:15 genuinely is having so much fun. A director can be somewhat detached and I've heard Greta so many times
01:21 just say please can we just do one more, it's just so much fun.
01:23 Working with Greta is everything I dreamed it would be. She's actually, don't tell her this, but I have a bucket list of people that I
01:38 always wanted to work with and just meet actually and she was kind of
01:43 quite high on that list.
01:46 I'm just so tired of
01:50 watching myself and every
01:52 single other woman tie herself into knots so that people will like us.
01:59 The emotion that comes through is that like you love her, you know.
02:05 You do, you love her. She's your mom.
02:07 I don't know that anybody could create and do what Greta has.
02:19 She's just an incredibly
02:21 generous
02:23 intuitive person who inspires everybody around her. It's sort of like being cuddled like a baby bird by this wonderful
02:31 like mother/mad scientist. It's amazing.
02:36 Greta
02:40 specifically is one of the leading architects of what
02:45 modern femininity is on screen from her acting performances to her films.
02:51 You're so beautiful. I know it.
03:02 It's just really beautiful to work with someone who creates a safe space for her artists in order for them to really flourish.
03:15 Greta's the best.
03:16 She's an incredible director. Greta's deep warmth and heart is in everything.
03:22 I don't exaggerate when I say it's really been the most like joyful work and experience of my life.
