The Crimson Bridge - album The Crimson Bridge 1972

  • anno scorso
The Jesus Music band The Crimson Bridge were formed in 1970 by members of Re'Generation and Thurlow Spurr. The name The Crimson Bridge is refered to a graphic description of the miracle of Calvary. Their music was way ahead of the average church music, as well as the lyrics also at times a little edgy for the time. Plenty of horns here with Christian lyrics and some female vocals, with a rock-jazz-Latin-progressive-acid folk sound.

Trish Rattan - vocals.
Russ Gregory - guitar, vocals.
Carolyn Shafer - keyboards, vocals.
Carol Healy - flute, vocals.
Norm Bakker, Terry Winch - trumpet.
Roger Heuser - trombone.
Dave Dyer - bass.
Gary Schafer - drums.
