00:35 Words, Meghan could kickstart her own authorized tell-all biography as well.
00:40 The book might delve into her life as an actress, her transition into royal life, and the various
00:46 challenges with the royals, as well as with the media and the public at large.
00:56 In mid-2023, there were some hints that Meghan might be putting her thoughts on paper as
01:02 part of her and Prince Harry's four-book deal with Penguin Random House.
01:07 And the fact that they have a four-book deal, it's like, okay, well, Meghan's book is
01:11 inevitably coming.
01:12 Meghan has already authored a children's book titled Bench, and that was released in
01:16 June of 2021, while Prince Harry released his own book titled Spare, and that was more
01:22 like a memoir, a biography that shared some insights on his life as well as the royal
01:27 family.
01:33 And there's some speculation now that the couple is collaborating on a wellness book,
01:37 and Meghan's autobiography is anticipated to be the final piece in their four-book deal.
01:44 There's a Hollywood agent who shared this with the Mail publication, and this is what
01:48 they had to say.
01:49 "I would find it surprising if Meghan didn't publish her own story, to be honest."
01:54 And they also went on to add, "Spare is clearly Prince Harry's chance to tell his, but hers
02:00 is equally compelling.
02:01 I mean, how many actresses end up marrying a prince?
02:05 If she's harboring political ambitions, it would make even more sense."
02:11 PR expert Matt Yanovsky has pointed out that the success of Britney Spears' memoir, The
02:18 Woman in Me, is an example of how well Meghan's book could possibly perform.
02:23 And in a statement, he said, "Britney's book just sold gangbusters without Britney
02:28 doing any press.
02:30 There's likely a big market for another female celebrity's memoir if Meghan will
02:35 spill the beans.
02:37 Is she going to reveal who was the royal race is?
02:40 Is she going to divulge real information?
02:43 That's what it will take for the book to work."
02:45 Meghan, of course, thinks she's a fancy celebrity, not the glorified reality star that she is.
02:52 Just as she did a documentary instead of a reality show, it's possible she will copy
02:57 Princess Diana and work with an authorized biographer, as Diana sat down for interviews
03:02 in the 90s for a book.
03:04 He then wraps up his statement with this line, "There are many options to make money selling
03:10 out the royals when your name is Meghan."
03:13 And honestly, when I take a look at the past few years, I feel like this is very likely
03:18 to happen.
03:19 Regardless if people dislike the book or not, Meghan Markle is going to make millions from
03:25 the book.
03:26 And they will buy it.
03:27 Whether to read it and love it or to criticize it, they're going to buy it.
03:30 It's going to make millions.
03:32 And they definitely don't want to get dropped from their Penguin Random House deal.
03:35 So they're going to want to produce.
03:37 You know, they got dropped from their podcast.
03:38 So it's like, okay, the pressure's on.
03:40 We got to produce.
03:41 We've got four books to do.
03:42 Let's go.
03:43 And another thing too, Meghan even said in her and Harry's docuseries on Netflix that
03:47 she's glad that they could finally tell their story from their own perspective.
03:51 And then, of course, Harry followed up with his book Spear and told more of the story
03:55 from his own personal perspective.
03:58 And this wasn't a shared perspective that he had with Meghan as in their docuseries.
04:03 So it seems like a logical conclusion that Meghan may also have other things to say,
04:09 which I'm sure she does, from her own perspective.
04:13 And what better way to do that than put it in a book, especially if you have a deal on
04:18 the table to do so.
04:20 So those are my thoughts on this.
04:21 I know Meghan and Harry have said that they are done trashing the royal family, but I
04:27 think it's just so lucrative for them that we're going to see it continue, possibly maybe
04:34 in a book form, maybe in another video.
04:37 I don't know.
04:38 But I really want to know, like, what do you guys think about this?
04:41 Do you expect a book from Meghan or do you think that it's just going to cause too much
04:46 negative press that she's not even going to go that route?
04:49 Or do you think, like myself and others, that this seems to be a logical route, especially
04:54 when you know that it's worked in the past and it's going to make a ton of money.
