There are alot of PSVR games to play at launch, we've played most of them and put together a top 5 to ensure you have a great time when you first play the new hardware.

00:00 The best PSVR 2 games are currently a strange mix of older titles originally released for
00:05 PSVR 1 or other VR headsets, and stage setters like Horizon Call of the Mountain.
00:11 The launch window for the headset will see the release, or re-release, of over 30 titles.
00:16 So arranging a list for the best PSVR 2 games could change dramatically over the next month
00:21 or so.
00:22 Here are the experiences we currently consider to be the best PSVR 2 games to explore at
00:27 launch.
00:28 Kayak VR Mirage will make you want to take off the PSVR 2 headset and head for the water.
00:34 But as a second best to the real thing, the water physics and graphics here are utterly
00:38 stunning.
00:39 It's one of those games that can fit with whatever pace you're looking for.
00:42 Race against a leaderboard of fellow kayakers, take the scenic route in free roam mode, or
00:47 just sit back and enjoy the views.
00:49 There's nothing quite like paddling alongside a stingray in Costa Rica after a stressful
00:53 day at work, especially when it looks as good as this.
00:56 It's mechanically brilliant too, accurately mirroring how it feels and works using a kayak
01:00 in real life.
01:02 There are few games that have surprised and delighted me like What The Golf.
01:06 So it should come as little surprise that What The Bat, the spiritual successor from
01:10 the same developer, has quickly become one of my favourite titles among the admittedly
01:14 short PSVR 2 launch line-up.
01:17 The premise of the game is relatively simple, use two bats to hit trophies.
01:20 This starts with the basic 'hit ball to hit trophy' and escalates wildly to scenarios
01:25 requiring you to brush your teeth with a bat and more.
01:28 This creative game will have you giggling to yourself behind the VR headset.
01:32 Moss Book 2 is a perfect game for anyone who's worried about the motion sickness that can
01:36 come from a first person VR experience.
01:39 Both a compelling story and a clever take on the 3D platforming games, Moss Book 2 puts
01:44 you in the shoes of a Ghibli-like spirit that aids a heroic mouse on its quest for glory.
01:48 It may not be a new game, but its lovely environments are brought to life like never before by PSVR
01:53 2's OLED display.
01:54 This is a truly relaxing VR experience that makes clever use of the hardware and one you
01:59 can happily lose hours to, all the while controlling an adorable wee mouse.
02:04 Demiurge brings the tabletop gaming experience to VR with brilliant success.
02:08 Looming over procedurally generated dungeons, you'll be able to walk through multiple floors
02:12 of enemies, mysteries and potential traps either alone or with friends.
02:17 The interactivity of moving your characters around using cards from your hand that are
02:21 revealed at the flick of the wrist is really enjoyable.
02:23 This is a great social game to play with friends who also have VR headsets, and it's also
02:27 quite a good dungeon crawler, with the procedurally generated enemies also adding a bit of longevity.
02:33 Horizon Call of the Mountain is the best PSVR 2 game because it's the only one truly made
02:37 solely for the hardware, and thus the best at showing off what it's capable of.
02:41 It's also brilliant because it's a brilliant game in and of itself.
02:44 Visually stunning, it does well to translate the magic of Horizon's console gameplay into
02:48 a brilliantly virtual reality setting, offering a unique storyline.
02:52 Co-combat is great, as are the robot dinosaurs in all their giant scale.
02:56 Not to mention all the little details Biosprite and Guerrilla have added to the world to bring
02:59 it to life in VR.
03:00 It's unmissable if you have a PSVR 2.
