00:00 >> Well, it's always tough to see when we're practicing because when they're on
00:04 the field, we're on the sideline kind of watching the tablets and
00:07 trying to go through the game plan and our adjustments on the sidelines.
00:11 So we'll find out Sunday, I mean Saturday,
00:14 because we can do all the talking that we want.
00:18 We have to go out and execute and be on one accord when it matters.
00:24 We can do it all we want in practice, but if it don't show up in the game,
00:27 what good was that we could practice?
00:28 So we'll just have to wait and see what happens Saturday.
00:31 >> I know as a guy that's been in the league a long time,
00:33 I know that you're a leader in the soccer and you've been a leader in other locker
00:36 rooms, kind of a big picture question.
00:37 But how are leaders made?
00:40 How does a team kind of identify a leader?
00:43 >> I mean, honestly, there's so many different ways that you can identify
00:49 a leader just on how a guy handle himself on a day to day basis, how he practice,
00:54 how he treat people around the facility, how he demands others attention
01:00 when he is speaking or have something to say.
01:02 And we have a bunch of those guys, we have a bunch of different leaders.
01:06 We have vocal leaders, we have guys that don't take any nonsense,
01:11 like the Cam Haywards.
01:12 [LAUGH] But you need those guys and
01:17 I just love the great mixture that we do have to where there's not always that one
01:22 guy that has to boast his chest out or try to get the guys to understand what's going on.
01:28 So like I said, it's a bunch of different leaders that's out there.
01:31 We have a good variety on this team, a good mixture on this team.
01:35 I'm happy to be a part of it.
