PT Bank Tabungan Negara Tbk (BTN) optimis pertumbuhan kredit pada tahun 2024 akan lebih tinggi dari 2023. Bank BTN menargetkan kredit tumbuh sekitar 10%-11% di tahun depan.

Direktur Finance Bank BTN Nofry Rony Poetra menyatakan, pertumbuhan kredit masih akan didorong oleh kredit perumahan atau KPR baik subsidi maupun nonsubsidi. Sementara itu, untuk kredit non subsidi akan didorong dengan adanya insentif PPN 0 persen dari pemerintah untuk harga rumah dibawah Rp2 miliar.

Nofry juga mengatakan bahwa BTN akan tetap menyalurkan kredit UMKM, ritel maupun korporasi sebagai portofolio kredit perseroan. Selain itu, terdapat beberapa inisiatif strategi yang saat ini dilakukan untuk pengembangan 3 sales center pada tahun 2024 dan inisiatif lanjutan dari kredit high yield yang akan mampu mendorong pertumbuhan kredit lebih lanjut.
