01:48 the child skin color, whether it be young people from jealousy,

02:06 The powers that be are not willing to step outside of their comfort zones or

02:16 And be innovative with new approaches to helping these kids, but
02:19 learning how to communicate with these children.
02:22 The time is now to change that narrative.
