00:14 The first visuals of the Surya Stambh installed on the Dharmapath came on December 9.
00:19 These pillars are installed to showcase the history of Ayodhya and its rich cultural heritage.
00:25 The Ram Mandir is all set for inauguration on January 22, 2024.
00:29 The pillars installed at the Dharmapath are 6 feet high and 5 feet in diameter.

00:37 The carvings on the pillars reflect similar designs to those in the Ram Mandir.
00:40 The 2 km long Dharmapath will be adorned with 40 such Surya Stambhs.
00:44 The Surya Stambh is considered a significant landmark for pilgrims and tourists.
00:49 As per Hindu traditions, the sun is considered a life-giving deity.
00:53 Therefore, the Stambhs, also known as pillars, are installed at many temples in the Indian
00:57 subcontinent.
00:58 The pillars are worshipped by the devotees and signify strength.
01:01 Lord Ram was a Suryavanshi, hence the sun is special in Ayodhya.
01:05 The glory of the sun is displayed through these symbols and the devotees visiting the
01:09 city will have a feeling of reverence for Lord Surya.
01:12 Rulers who won after battles used to install Vijay Stambhs to mark Souvinti.
01:16 Besides Surya Stambh, Ayodhya is being developed as a sun city.
01:19 There is also a plan to develop Ayodhya as a city of solar power and therefore this symbolism
01:24 has a key significance.
01:25 Surya Stambh has been installed at 25 places in the entire city.
01:30 Since Lord Ram was Suryavanshi, from this point of view, the sun has special importance
01:34 in Ayodhya.
01:35 "We are developing Ayodhya as a solar city.
01:37 Mythological inscriptions will be engraved on the Surya pillar so that the feeling of
01:40 reverence is reflected in the mind," Vishal Singh, the vice chairman of the Ayodhya Development
01:45 Authority said.
01:46 The Public Works Department is also constructing a wall of 9 meters in length and 4 feet in
01:50 height on which will be etched the scenes from Ramayana.
01:54 Seven such walls are being crafted, each one at a distance of about 30 meters from the
01:58 last one.
01:59 From January 17, a procession will begin the week-long consecration ceremony celebrations.
02:03 A new Ram Lalla idol will be placed in the sanctum sanctorum of the newly constructed
02:07 Ram Mandir.
02:08 On X, Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra shared the latest pictures of the temple's
02:13 construction.
02:14 On 22nd January 2024, there will be a grand function held at the newly constructed Ram
02:18 Temple.
02:19 The Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple Trust has invited Prime Minister Narendra Modi for the
02:23 Vikrati Sthaapna Puja and thousands of dignitaries from within and outside India are set to attend.
02:28 The real estate buzz in Ayodhya grew after Prime Minister Narendra Modi laid the foundation
02:32 stone of Ram Mandir in August 2020.
02:34 Since the construction of Ram Mandir began, Uttar Pradesh pushed in a lot of infrastructure
02:38 development in the town, making it an attractive place for investors.
02:42 Some reports claim that Ayodhya has secured the highest position in Uttar Pradesh for
02:46 revenue collection in November, specifically in the context of income generation from land
02:51 registration.
