00:00 The number one ranked Texas A&M men's basketball team ran into some trouble as they fell 81 to 75 to the Memphis Tigers on Sunday.
00:09 Tigers forward David Jones had a career-high 5 three-pointers and 29 points, including 21 in the first half alone, giving the Tigers the 9-point lead at the half.
00:21 This Tigers lead would continue on in the second half, despite the Aggies' ability to respond with five quick points, including a three-pointer from Manny Obaske to get within four points with seven seconds left.
00:36 But the Tigers pulled away due to free throws and got their second win in a row. Obaske led the Aggies off the bench with 21 points.
00:46 The Tigers said their focus was on shutting down big-time shooters in Wade Taylor IV and Henry Coleman III.
00:54 The Tigers' plan worked like a charm as Taylor finished with just nine points on three of 14 shooting while missing all nine of his three-point attempts.
01:03 And Coleman only scored six. A&M has now lost three of its last five after starting 5-0 and are now 7-3 on the season.
01:13 The Aggies will be back in Reed Arena as they take on the third-ranked Houston Cougars on Saturday at 1.30 p.m.
