00:00 got plans that cover the entire district. We have got some specific things we want
00:04 to do, so we're setting up a commission to look into breaking
00:08 through the barriers that are stopping development in Brandon and we've already
00:12 got projects in train in Haverhill and we want to pursue those and continue
00:17 them forward. That doesn't mean that only those two towns are going to get
00:20 development, there's lots going on elsewhere but it's a bit like having a
00:24 house. You've got eight rooms, you look around you think, "Oh this house looks a
00:27 bit shabby." Okay, these two rooms need decorating, the rest can wait till next
00:31 time. So it's about priorities, we can't do everything at once. We're on a mission
00:35 to wake West Suffolk up. West Suffolk's a sleeping giant, we're determined to wake
00:40 it up and turn it into what it could be. We're determined to work as the
00:45 regional, you know, we've got a regional powerhouse in Cambridge, we're determined
00:48 to work as part of that. We're determined to improve the infrastructure through
00:53 working with our partners. We're determined to make sure that people have
00:56 really good housing to live in. We're determined to make sure we've got
00:59 business growth that adds value and is sustainable. We're determined to protect
01:04 our environment, increase our biodiversity and we're determined to make sure that
01:08 the communities that everyone live in are healthy, secure and a fit for everybody.
01:14 And I do mean everybody, we want to embrace the whole community and work
01:19 to make their lives better.
