A deep sense of belonging filled Elizabeth Ugwueze's heart when she saw her family for the first time in nearly 18 long months.

"I am a Nigerian nurse who left the shores of my country and my lovely family to work in the United Kingdom in May 2022," Elizabeth revealed to WooGlobe. "The plan was for my family to join me after six months. Unforeseen occurrences made this impossible.

"We finally reunited after one year and five months, and I would say it was one of the happiest days in our lives."

In that timeless moment, the loving family members zoned out the world around them. All they could see, all they cared about, were one another.
