00:00 We had a net session yesterday. I think the nature of these T20 competitions, you come
00:07 in quite late, everyone's coming from everywhere. We had Nathan, Tim with the Australian squad
00:14 hours away in Abu Dhabi and we had guys sort of coming in from interstate as well. So I
00:20 think that's one of the challenges, you've got to gel really quickly and the side that
00:23 does that best probably gets off to a better start. I've been playing T10 cricket in Abu
00:29 Dhabi so it's a competition out there. It's been going for like seven years now. I was
00:36 in a team with Faf Duplessis, Jason Holder, Moe Daly so it was a good lead into this and
00:43 I'm really excited for the season ahead now. Really welcoming group, really warm group
00:48 and I'm really excited for the season ahead. I think we've got a pretty solid list so I'm
00:55 looking forward to it. I played here once with the Scorchers last season and we lost
01:02 the game so I'm looking forward to squaring that ledger. I think this group is a really
01:04 mature group, guys like Matthew Wade, Nathan Ellis, Ben McDermott, there are a lot of guys
01:10 here who have played a lot of cricket around the world and who are really well accomplished
01:14 players so I think it's just bringing my skill set along and trying to complement everyone
01:19 else and the list that we've got. I think we've got a really exciting year ahead.
