00:03 Now the interesting pivot away from Josh Allen today is that of Justin Fields.
00:07 Now Justin Fields last time he faced the Detroit Lions ran for
00:10 100 yards on them.
00:11 It was also his first game back, was also on the road in Detroit.
00:14 This one is out there in the elements in Chicago.
00:17 7,900 on Fandul, 6,800 over on DK.
00:20 If you look at Justin Fields game log of late,
00:23 you are seeing what you expected out of Justin Fields.
00:26 You are seeing a guy who's putting up big time points here
00:29 against the Detroit Lions and 21 of them.
00:31 Now last time out against Minnesota, that was a very weird game.
00:34 Things did not go well for Fields, but
00:36 I think there's a bounce back here after the bye.
00:38 So you have a unique opportunity here where you saw how the Detroit Lions
00:42 struggled mightily to stop Justin Fields on the ground.
00:45 Now he is even healthier, coming off fresh off a bye.
00:48 I think it's a really good situation.
00:50 And Jared Goff struggles on the road in the elements.
00:53 It's just a fact.
00:54 You go look at the numbers.
00:55 I always call Jared Goff an indoor cat because he is.
00:58 If you look at the numbers for him at home, good.
01:02 If you look at the numbers for
01:03 Jared Goff on the road in dome situations, good.
01:07 Once he gets outside in cold weather or any element whatsoever,
01:11 I'm not talking about going down to visit Miami or something like that.
01:16 I'm not talking about games against the Tampa Buccaneers.
01:18 I want games like this, Chicago, cold, maybe some wind in this game too.
01:23 So to me, this is a unique situation where Fields and
01:25 the Bears I think are very much in play.
01:27 Fields is also playing for, not only showcasing himself as the Bears franchise
01:31 quarterback, potentially that decision has to be made in the next few weeks as you
01:35 look to the draft and what draft capital they do have, which is substantial.
01:39 But also looking at Justin Fields as an asset around the NFL.
01:43 If he wants to play his way out of there and the Bears wanna move on,
01:46 could you imagine how good he would look running that Atlanta Falcons offense?
01:49 Cuz I can, Matt.
01:51 I can imagine it.
01:52 I wanna imagine it next year.
01:54 But Josh Allen, Justin Fields, to me, I'd rather have Fields and
01:56 take the money and run.
01:57 What do you think?
01:58 >> Sure.
01:58 Looking at the price points, and we opened the show,
02:02 you had mentioned how a lot of people were probably gonna go to,
02:05 I think it was Clyde Edwards-Solaire and Jerick McKinnon.
02:07 In my mind, I was saying to myself, everyone just goes to the name they know.
02:12 That to me separates the winners from the rest of the people with whom we play DFS
02:16 fantasy and we'll rage against.
02:18 Justin Fields is a name people know, but
02:20 he's one of those names that people have put to the side or almost forgotten about.
02:24 So I really like that finally now you set it up.
02:26 He gets the opportunity to be the guy that people in the know,
02:30 know that he can be.
02:31 And at 7,900 on Fans, or 6,800 on DK, a lot of people, I think,
02:36 can go across the pay line with their knowledge of football when the public
02:41 has faded someone.
02:42 That's what I really like.
