11:07 the Executive Committee has elected Mr. Joel Marcelo Jimenez

11:16 as the Chairman of the Executive Committee.

11:22 Vice Mr. Duavit, who resigned as Chairman of the EXCOMM effective December 31, 2023.

11:35 Jimenez is President and CEO of Menarco Holdings and CEO of Alta Productions Group, Inc.
