00:00 I decide the previous night that I have to get up early in the morning.
00:03 But when the alarm is ringing, I switch it off and sleep it.
00:06 Ask yourself, what is it I want to get up at 5 am for?
00:09 Is the cause genuine enough?
00:11 Is the matter important enough?
00:13 And if the answer is a resounding and honest yes,
00:16 there indeed is definitely something very important I must get up at 5 am for,
00:21 then you will find that you indeed do get up even without an alarm.
00:26 The mind knows.
00:27 The task at 5 am must be absolutely lovable.
00:31 It must be so lovable that you do not fall asleep at all.
00:34 Otherwise, a lukewarm kind of life is what we all get.
00:38 We are divided within.
00:40 One part says, "Oh no, there is some responsibility, so please get up at 5 am."
00:44 Then there are five other parts within that know the uselessness of that responsibility
00:50 and that are habituated to breaking their own woes
00:53 that have gone back on their promises 200 times in the past.
00:58 So they are habituated.
