The 49ers still have time left in the season to earn the No. 1 NFC playoff seed, but they will not get a better chance to do so than in Week 14.

00:00 thing about this win is that the Niners talk trash for a year about it. They lost to the Eagles.
00:06 They called them frauds. Essentially, they said, we're going to come back to your
00:10 house and prove it. And they did. And they were so disrespectful about it in the best way possible.
00:17 Yeah. I mean, they showed up wearing all black, like some assassins, right? Some Terminator vibes.
00:22 Like, like, yeah, Terminator, like they were showing up to the Eagles funeral.
00:27 Yeah. And they talked about it for what's it been? I don't know, eight months or so. I don't know
00:32 what it is. Something like 11 months. Yeah. They're talking 11 months talking trash. If we had Brock,
00:38 we would beat you. Debo called Bradbury garbage or trash or whatever it was. And then they go out
00:45 and just back up everything they've been saying. Like that's some of Muhammad Ali type stuff. That's
00:51 some Floyd Mayweather type stuff right there. And I'm all for it. Like you talk trash and you don't
00:57 back it up. That's not a good look. But if you talk trash, you call your shots and then you back
01:02 it up. That's that's some next level stuff right there. I loved I loved it, man, especially this,
01:08 I guess this Philly team, right? This is a town and a fan base that loves to just talk and they
01:15 couldn't back it up. And they talked a lot of trash, too, but they didn't back it up where
01:18 the Niners did. Debo did. It was great to see. I'm all for it. Yeah, I think. For a fan for
01:25 dis observers of the sport, when two teams make it personal, it's fun. Now, I think there's a
01:32 line you shouldn't cross. Like I thought George Kittle having the shirt that said F. Dallas was
01:37 kind of lame. But the fact that there's like a personal grudge rivalry between two teams is
01:43 great. Yeah. And I like that. I mean, the Niners put so much as Debo had so much at stake.
01:49 But in this game, if they lost, they'd be jokes. If he didn't perform, he'd be a joke. And the
01:55 whole not just the city of Philadelphia, but the whole NFL would laugh at them. And for them to go
01:59 in there and Debo have three touchdowns and the team to win by twenty three. I mean, it's legendary.
02:06 Like you said, it's like Ruth calling a shot, like pointing to the to the bleachers and then
02:10 actually hitting the home run. I think the NFL needs more of this stuff is what I'm trying to
02:14 say. It's a very buttoned up sterile league where everyone's supposed to pretend like they respect
02:21 their opponent and pretends like they're friends with everyone. But it's it's a very violent sport.
02:28 That's very emotional. And I think it's cool when we get to actually see how these players
02:32 feel about their opponents. Yeah, very old school. I mean, they used to do a lot of that now with
02:38 social media age, like you look at NBA the same way. They're all friends. They're all buddies.
02:42 NFL is the same way. But this is different. It's an old school vibe. Like you said,
02:48 Babe Ruth, Muhammad Ali, Floyd Mayweather calling your shots and then following through
02:52 and backing up your trash talk. I loved it. I'm down more. I watched your show last night,
02:57 as I always do. To me, that's the best show. That's the best 49er show on YouTube. When you
03:02 recap the game best by far, I got to catch it every week. And yeah, you were talking about it
03:08 as well. Just just being able to back up what you say. They need more of it actually builds
03:13 the theatrics. It escalates things. It makes it more entertaining. I'm all for it, man. But then
03:19 you just got to back it up. I like how you compare him to Floyd Mayweather, too, because I was just
03:23 talking about Floyd Mayweather with my dad. And the thing with Floyd Mayweather, when he was in
03:28 his prime, to me was that people would tune in hoping he would lose. Yeah, he was the bad guy.
03:33 He was originally pretty boy Floyd, and he was a defensive fighter. And people thought he was
03:38 boring and he wasn't selling fights. Then he kind of rebranded himself as the bad guy. And he could
03:43 still be that defensive kind of boring fighter. But everyone would tune in and be like, is Ricky
03:47 Hatton going to knock him out? No. Is this guy going to finally beat him? No. And I think the
03:52 Niners have sort of like embraced being the bad guys. Like, look, we're going to cross the line a
03:58 little bit. We're going to be disrespectful a little bit. And when we when we do it and we
04:02 lose to Cleveland, we look really stupid. But when we do it and we beat the crap out of the Cowboys
04:06 and the Eagles. I mean, it makes them look really intimidating. AJ Brown, who's actually I believe
04:14 him and D-Bar are cool, but AJ Brown was interviewed after the game and was talking about how they
04:19 walked out and interrupted their quarterback drills before the game just walked through their
04:23 QB drills, just being a little bit disrespectful. And but AJ Brown says he likes it, man. He likes
04:29 their playing style. He likes how they handle themselves. And he he would I think he would deep
04:34 down side. Brown would like to play for the 49ers a little bit. He likes that that that that chip
04:40 that the 49ers have and a lot of these great teams that when they have that chip. So we'll see, man.
04:46 I'm excited about this season. I thought the Eagles were supposed to have it like Nick Sirianni
04:51 doesn't bring a whole lot to the table. He doesn't call plays. He brings a culture and the culture is
04:56 supposed to be this like Rocky Balboa, super tough blue collar Philly. Uh-huh. But in this game,
05:06 the Niners were they just they just waltzed into Philly, you know, didn't didn't wipe their shoes
05:13 on the mat, just grinded them in the couch, got dirt all up in their couch. Yeah. Well, what people
05:21 don't realize, I like these Niners. I like these Niners. Yeah. What people don't realize is
05:26 Sylvester Sloan was actually from Hell's Kitchen, New York, and he moved to Cali. And that's where,
05:30 you know, he sold the script for Rocky Balboa. So maybe it's California that that has this
05:34 this rocky edge in New York and Philly, man. They just got a statue of a of a character that was
05:40 made up. Errol Tolbert says unpopular opinion. Brock is not elite. He's a very good quarterback
05:46 in the system. He does what is asked or told of him. If you take emotions out of it, you can see
05:50 he benefits from great yak weapons.
