00:09 It's called the Vixit Bharat Sankalp Yatra.
00:12 So this is actually an initiative where the progress of the last 10 years, all the schemes,
00:24 the campaigns, the initiatives of various kinds, they are in a sense being taken to
00:35 the people to make them understand really how actually the effort has been made to progress
00:43 the country in the last decade.
00:45 So you are familiar, each one of you, with each of those campaigns.
00:50 So probably one which was very early on made famous was Swachh Bharat.
00:58 Then there was that Beti Padhao, Beti Bachhao.
01:02 There was Digital India.
01:05 There was Skill India.
01:07 There was the Awas Yojana by which actually houses were given to vulnerable low income
01:15 people.
01:16 There was the Anna Yojana by which every two-thirds of the country gets five kilograms of food,
01:25 which particularly during COVID time was really a lifesaver.
01:30 There is the Mudra by which loans are given, a very large proportion of those loans are
01:36 given to women who then are actually able to do their business or do something with
01:47 it which adds to their income.
01:49 We are today rolling out the fastest rollout of 5G technologies happening in India, but
01:54 it is Indian 5G stack.
01:57 So when you look at the Covin or the Covaxin, when you look at the 5G, when you look at
02:03 the Chandrayaan, this is also Vixit Bharat in the making.
02:07 So I feel today that it is important young people, especially those many of you live
02:18 and study abroad, your influence is not just limited to your immediate group of family.
02:27 You meet others.
02:29 You shape the thinking of India when they hear from you in a very natural way what is
02:34 happening in India.
02:35 It is something which definitely gives them in a very sincere way, in a very natural way,
02:44 a sense of really how is India progressing.
02:47 And this message of how is India progressing is something which is very important to communicate
02:54 to the world.
