00:05 - A 24 hour nonstop ride.

00:07 - 23 hours and 40 minutes to go.

00:11 - From Somerset to Scotland.

00:13 - It is a bit daunting.

00:15 - Hundreds of kilometers.

00:16 - It's somewhere around three full marathons back to back.

00:20 - In the most treacherous of conditions.

00:22 - Incredible storms, huge floods.

00:25 - And we were met by a block headwind.

00:28 - It's guaranteed to be horrible.

00:32 - Mark Beaumont is an endurance athlete extraordinaire.
