Video released by West Midlands Police shows industrial recycling worker David Willis working on a shredder machine moments before he fell into the machine, killing him instantly.
After saying goodbye to his mother Mr Willis left for work at Timmins Waste Disposal, in Mander Street, Wolverhampton on September 15, 2018 and was never seen alive again.
Yard manager Brian Timmins had been operating the machine when it stopped abruptly. He used a JCB grapple arm to lift Mr Willis up on to the machine to clear the blockage.
Timmins has now been found guilty of gross negligence manslaughter.
