00:28 Just as we're sitting here in the lobby, some residents came through with their wine.

00:36 It seems like there's a lot going on.
00:39 Touchmark at the Ranch community is really a very vibrant community.
00:44 We take individuals from the starting point of being independent, and we're allowed to
00:49 take them to a continuum of life and assisted living and memory care.

01:05 Is there independent where you're living in an apartment?
01:08 Correct.
01:09 You're independent 55 years of age or older.
01:12 Independent, very vibrant lifestyle, very community-oriented.
01:18 Then as you progress, some people need assistance with daily living skills, and we call that
01:24 assisted living.
01:26 As people progress in age also and have different levels of dementia or Parkinson's, we have
01:32 another level of care called memory care, and we take care of the individuals there.
01:38 As part of the community, you're inviting people in Prescott and in the Quad Cities
01:43 and from wherever to come on in here for an open house just to kind of see what it's like

01:55 We're having our, what we call the Ho-Ho-Ho-Down for the community of Prescott, and we're inviting
02:03 all different age groups from little ones up to the seniors.
02:08 We have a full day of activities from 2 to 6 on December 15th.
02:13 We have hay rides, decorating, wreath contests, cookie contests.
02:22 We have a buffet of food and a very, very special appearance by, guess who?

02:30 Are you telling me Santa's booked a reservation?
02:36 He is coming December 15th.
02:38 Santa and Mrs. Claus.
02:39 And Mrs. Claus?
02:40 They are coming, flying through the hills of Prescott and coming here at 2 o'clock.
02:45 And this is the highest point.
02:46 And Santa's a pretty good pilot, you know, with the reindeer.
02:50 I've never seen him fly the sleigh.
02:53 You haven't seen it?
02:54 I haven't seen it, but I know he's coming.
02:56 Only in my dreams.

02:58 And you're going to have a hot chocolate bar, dessert bar.
03:01 All of those fun things for everybody.
03:03 We also have a hay ride planned, and for those who are interested, they can tour the community,
03:10 and we have different apartments open for people to stop in and visit some of our residents
03:15 and take a look at the apartments.
03:16 And you should see it because it is nothing like what you might have pictured or what
03:19 I pictured for a senior living community.
03:21 I mean, you are building an outdoor bar.
03:25 It's under construction right now.
03:26 That's why we're inside.
03:28 A waterfall?
03:29 Correct.
03:30 And more apartments, so you guys must be pretty booked.
03:33 We are a very, very vibrant, growing community inside of Prescott.
03:38 We are looking forward to some expansion.
03:40 74 apartments we are adding for independent living.
03:43 We are adding a new type of movie theater for the residents.
03:48 For a bar called Charlie's, open to the public, and lots of other different fun things for
03:54 the community.
03:55 That all sounds so much fun, and if anyone wants to come to your event, is that free
