A tribute to the wonderful Ninth Doctor and Rose Tyler, his one and only companion according to Chris Eccleston. This was blocked on youtube, much to my dismay. So I am posting it here in hope to spark an interest. The music is from Whispers of a Heart, a wonderful Studio Ghibli production made in the 90s.
