00:07 [SPEAKING ITALIAN] In a few years, we will be able to develop our employees' skills.
00:11 For years, we have been focusing on our employees and our organization.
00:15 And to allow the development of their skills, it is essential to invest in their training, both theoretical and practical.
00:23 This project is a truly innovative project, because for the first time in Italy, it involves the immediate recruitment of candidates
00:30 with a two-year apprenticeship contract, at the end of which they will be confirmed indefinitely.
00:39 The apprenticeship contract therefore includes a theoretical training in the classroom of one week per month,
00:45 and then three weeks of training within the sales points.
00:49 This course lasts two years and involves not only the trainers involved in the theoretical part,
00:55 but also business tutors who work within our sales points.
01:00 It is innovative, as I said, because it involves the company on the one hand,
01:03 and a higher technical institute on the other,
01:06 as well as the certification of acquired skills, based on the German model,
01:11 certified by the Italian-German Chamber of Commerce.
01:15 Last year we started with the first pilot phase and we have added a first classroom,
01:19 which today, after a year, still sees 23 candidates enrolled.
01:23 This year, in the middle of summer, we started with a selection campaign
01:28 and we had over 3,300 candidates who applied for this type of course.
01:34 And today, with great satisfaction from the leaders of Italy,
01:37 we have managed to have 115 appointments between October and November,
01:42 which will be enrolled in this course throughout Italy, from north to south,
01:46 following the training, thanks to four ITS, in Brescia, Florence, Rome and Bari.
01:53 So a unique course in its kind, which we hope can also be a starting point
01:57 for many other companies in other sectors.
01:59 And a special thanks to the technical institute of Brescia,
02:02 which has made the network together with other Italian institutes.
