00:06 and I'll be talking you through what's coming out in the first weekend of December and beyond.
00:11 So naturally we have a few Christmas hits coming up this month.
00:15 So on Friday the 1st of December, Candy Cane Lane comes to Amazon Prime.
00:21 This is an Eddie Murphy Christmas comedy film.
00:24 Murphy plays a man who is determined to win his annual Christmas contest in his local neighbourhood.
00:34 He makes a pact with an elf that will help him win.
00:37 But the elf's a mischievous sort and creates a spell that brings the 12 days of Christmas to life,
00:44 wreaking havoc on his street.
00:46 And he has to try and put things right.
00:49 Also on Friday, Beyonce film comes to cinemas.
00:53 This is the Beyonce Knowles concert film extravaganza.
00:58 Very much like Taylor Swift's Ares film, this will follow Beyonce through her latest live show concert.
01:07 It's not necessarily going to make as much as Taylor made.
01:11 She broke a fair amount of box office records for concert movies.
01:15 But Beyonce obviously has a huge fan base as well, so it'll likely be another big music production.
01:22 Then also on Friday we have The Doll Factory.
01:25 All six episodes will be on Paramount+ on Friday the 1st.
01:29 The thriller series follows Iris, who paints dolls for a living with her twin sister.
01:35 Then when Iris meets Silas and then Lois, she's offered an opportunity to escape and start a new life.
01:41 But to do so, she must abandon her beloved sister.
01:45 Into the weekend proper, and on Saturday the 2nd we have Doctor Who Wild Blue Yonder.
01:52 This is the second of the 60th anniversary specials, so it stars David Tennant as the 40th Doctor again,
02:00 having regenerated from Jodie Whittaker back into his earlier incarnation.
02:05 And Catherine Tate as his returning friend and companion, Donna Noble.
02:10 Bonnie Langford's also tipped to return in this episode as Mel Bush, a companion of the 6th Doctor back in the classic era of Doctor Who.
02:18 And also interestingly, it's not really been picked up, but Billie Piper is rumoured to be returning as well as Rose Tyler, which would be big news for fans.
02:28 The actual plot of Wild Blue Yonder hasn't yet been revealed, but it is the second anniversary special,
02:35 so there'll be big things planned for the Doctor's journey, and it's followed by a third special the week after,
02:42 and then a Christmas special on Christmas Day as well, which we'll talk more about next week.
02:48 And then something a little less light-hearted on Sunday the 3rd is Channel 4 three-part documentary series Murdered Baby on the Beach.
02:58 This follows a 1980s case of a dead child that was found on a beach, as the title suggests, and the investigation into the very grim case.
03:11 It starts on Channel 4 on Sunday at 10.35pm with a second episode the following day and a third episode of TBC as well.
03:20 And of course will be available to watch on Channel 4 online after it's first aired.

03:31 Definitely worth giving that a listen if you haven't already.
03:34 Steve Batchel explores the world's oceans and looks at the surviving whale populations.
03:39 He explores their social dynamic, how they are very intelligent and how they communicate,
03:44 and also looks at the impact of human interference on whale populations as well.
03:51 That's a four-part series starting on Sunday the 3rd.
