Replace the cherries with apricots in your clafoutis ! Add some extra almond flakes to make it crunchy !

Ingredients:
- 9 apricots
- 3 eggs
- 1 & 1/4 cups milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup almond meal
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 Tbsp almond flakes
