A summer salad, fresh and tasty, as everybody loves them!
Ingredients:
- 2.2 lbs fava beans (1 lb without the peel)
- 3.5 ounces bacon
- 1 shallot
- 2 ounces seeds mix
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp walnut oil
- 1 Tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp mustard
- salt
- pepper
