00:09 My name's Cameron Green. I play for the Australian cricket team
00:12 and lucky enough to come down to the Secret Harbour Dockers Crew Club in Western Australia.
00:16 We're good at cricket and we're getting better at it each year.
00:18 But what we're even better at is inclusivity,
00:21 making sure everyone has an opportunity to play and enjoy the game every summer.
00:25 I'm in the integrated cricket league.
00:27 We get people with all different disabilities from Down syndrome, autism, cerebral palsy.
00:33 Love your shot Daniel.
00:34 Cam!
00:35 Hey mate, how are you?
00:36 Good, you're good yourself.
00:37 Thanks to NRMA Insurance, the $15,000 grant that we've got, it's just going to grow the club.
00:42 The girls got a new kit, the ICL boys got looked after.
00:45 They've obviously got the junior program, the women's program, the all abilities program.
00:49 Yeah, I don't think there's a cricket club more deserving.
00:51 Everyone at the club is super excited to meet Cameron Green.
00:53 They played cricket with him, they bowled at him.
00:56 I literally had kids telling me that as they were walking out.
00:59 I'm never going to forget this.
01:00 Grassroots cricket is so important because it builds a love for cricket in the community.
01:03 So it's so awesome to see that there's clubs like this and guys like Daniel
01:06 who are obviously getting the love of the game and just enjoying cricket.
01:09 The grant from NRMA Insurance is helping us keep alive the love for grassroots cricket here in Western Australia
01:15 and we're really appreciative of that.
01:16 To have opportunities to play the sport that you love is huge.
01:20 If it wasn't for Secret Harbour Doctors, I don't know where I would be.
