Eagles and 49ers Face Each Other for NFC Supremacy

The Philadelphia Eagles and San Francisco 49ers are on a collision course, but which is the better team?

00:10 As a fan, it frustrates me watching the games

00:13 because I would love them to win a game by like 25

00:15 or like 21 every now and then.

00:18 But ultimately, you know, if it's tight

00:21 and the game's close at the end,

00:23 then Jalen's gonna make a play.

00:25 And there's something to be said for that

00:26 in terms of character.

00:27 Obviously, San Fran and Philly both

00:30 have extremely talented rosters.

00:32 But there's something to be said about the intangibles.

00:35 And the Eagles have the intangible

00:36 that if the game is there to be won,

00:39 they're going to win it.

00:40 Gotta go with Philly.

00:43 - I don't disagree with that.

00:44 And my answer to the question itself is I don't really know.

00:48 But if I'm making the argument for San Francisco,

00:50 it goes like this.

00:52 We've seen Philly in all these close games

00:54 and it's commendable that they win them.

00:56 And obviously Jalen Hurts is clutch.

00:58 But if the Chiefs make a catch, the Eagles lose that game.

01:01 If the Bills complete a pass, the Eagles lose that game.

01:05 Meanwhile, when the 49ers have been at full strength,

01:08 they are running teams over,

01:12 absolutely destroying them from start to finish,

01:15 including the Dallas Cowboys,

01:17 who are another team in the mix

01:19 in these best teams in the NFL conversation.

01:21 So when I've seen San Francisco clicking on all cylinders,

01:25 they've looked like not only maybe the best team

01:27 in the NFC, but the best team in the NFL.

01:29 And that would be my argument for them.
