CJI DY Chandrachud On Legal Aid And Supreme Court: चीफ जस्टिस ऑफ इंडिया(Chief Justice of India) डीवाई चंद्रचूड़ (DY Chandrachud), सुप्रीम कोर्ट (Supreme Court) में अपने बेहद व्यस्त शेड्यूल से अलग एक कार्यक्रम में शिरकत के लिए पहुंचे। एक क्षेत्रीय सम्मेलन (Regional Conference on Access to Legal Aid) को संबोधित करते हुए सीजेआई डीवाई चंद्रचूड़ (CJI DY Chandrachud) ने कानून तक पहुंच (Access to Legal Aid) विषय पर अपना संबोधन दिया। अपने संबोधन में उन्होंने कानूनी मुद्दों (Legal Matters) से जुड़ी बातों को साझा किया। सीजेआई चंद्रचूड़ (CJI Chandrachud) ने कहा, कि न्यायशास्त्र (Jurisprudence) के जरिए न्याय (Justice) तक पहुंच बढ़ाने के लिए भारत की सुप्रीम कोर्ट (SC) ने कई बड़े और क्रांतिकारी प्रयास किए हैं। उन्होंने कहा, कि सुप्रीम कोर्ट (Supreme Court) तक आम लोगों की पहुंच को आसान बनाया गया है, इसमें आने सभी बाधाओं को कोर्ट ने दूर करने का काम किया है। चीफ जस्टिस ऑफ इंडिया (Chief Justice of India) ने कहा, कि नागरिक सामाजिक-आर्थिक सुधार के लिए बिना किसी डर के कोर्ट का दरवाजा खटखटाया जा सकता है। साथ ही उन्होंने कहा की सुप्रीम कोर्ट (Supreme Court) कानूनी सहायता (Legal Aid) के लिए अपीलों को स्वीकार करता है। साथ ही उन्होंने कहा कि न्यायपालिका में न्याय तक पहुंच बढ़ाने में असाधारण भूमिका निभाने की क्षमता है। भारत जैसे देश ने कानून तक पहुंच बढ़ाने के लिए सरल कानूनी रास्ते विकसित किए हैं। (CJI) (CJI DY Chandrachud) (CJI Chandrachud) (CJI Chandrachud Statement) (Justice Chandrachud) (Chief Justice Chandrachud) (Chief Justice DY Chandrachud) (Chief Justice Of India DY Chandrachud) (Chief Justice Chandrachud)
