00:05 At the moment, it's a poverty wage.
00:07 They're struggling to put food on the table
00:09 and struggling to pay their rent.
00:10 They're in debt from month to month.
00:13 It's not too much to ask.
00:14 It's a multi-billion-pound company.
00:16 They can afford it, but unfortunately,
00:18 they're not listening.
00:19 Now, they've brought in lots of people to break the strike.
00:22 There's more people inside.
00:24 There's more hazards.
00:26 We've been told the mezzanine, the floors are bowing.
00:30 There's still health and safety hazards going on
00:33 in that fulfillment center.
00:34 And our workers aren't safe, and they want that to change.
00:38 They will be earning a lot of money,
00:40 and that's why we're saying they can
00:41 afford to pay £15 an hour.
00:43 This strike's spreading.
00:45 Today on Black Friday, it's a global strike.
00:47 We've got strikers in the US, Italy, Spain.
00:51 This is kind of going-- there's about 30 countries participating
00:55 in protests.
00:56 People are getting fed up now of Amazon,
00:59 and I think they're showing their strength here,
01:01 and this will continue.
