00:00 The Australian Public Service Commission says it has made its third and final APS pay offer
00:04 and declared pay talks over eight months after they began. The pay offer remains 11.2% over
00:11 three years but the government says it is bringing forward the first pay rise of 4%
00:15 by offering a one-off boost from December instead of from March. This one-off boost has been
00:21 criticised because it doesn't include super and agencies actually need to vote up their
00:25 enterprise agreements in March in order to receive it. Meanwhile the Community and Public
00:30 Sector Union has claimed the offer as a win and recommended that their members vote up the offer
00:35 in their enterprise agreements. So now we get to see if the APS endorses 11.2% or if they're
00:41 willing to fight for more.
