00:03 - National Football League,
00:04 we got some breaking news this morning.
00:05 The Matt Canada run as offensive coordinator
00:09 as the Pittsburgh Steelers is currently over.
00:13 No longer the OC there, they lost 13-10 to Cleveland.
00:16 Mike Tomlin made the announcement today.
00:18 Kareem Jackson has received yet another suspension,
00:22 four game suspension in his first game
00:24 back from his previous four game suspension.
00:27 He was not penalized on the play initially,
00:29 that he was suspended for,
00:31 but this is just a continued abuse of suspension
00:35 of the rules where essentially that says
00:38 you cannot attack high on a player
00:40 and Jackson's gonna have to get himself figured out
00:43 or else he's gonna get suspended again for this.
00:45 But needless to say,
00:46 the Broncos certainly regretting
00:48 having Jackson at the current time,
00:49 although they're winning a lot of games
00:50 without him to say the least.
00:51 All right, let's get to the New York Jets quickly.
00:53 The New York Jets have decided
00:54 on a new starting quarterback is gonna be Tim Boyle.
00:56 He's gonna start on Friday against the Miami Dolphins.
00:59 Zach Wilson has now been moved
01:00 to the number three quarterback on the team.
01:02 Trevor Simeon is the backup there.
01:04 Also, the Chargers have placed Joey Boza
01:06 on injured reserve from a sprained foot.
01:08 And in case you missed it last night,
01:10 it was supposed to be a Super Bowl preview
01:12 and maybe a game for the ages.
01:14 Instead, there were 38 points scored last night
01:16 between the Philadelphia Eagles
01:18 and Kansas City Chiefs on Monday Night Football.
01:20 Chiefs in the end had a chance to win the game,
01:23 but Marquez Valdez-Scanlin did not catch the ball.
01:25 Needless to say, as well,
01:27 the Philadelphia Eagles now in control of the NFC
01:30 and the Baltimore Ravens now control in the AFC
01:33 with the top seed there,
01:34 although still some games to play, of course,
01:36 in the National Football League.
