Woman's surprise return home after 4 years leaves mom and grandma enthralled with delight

This soul-stirring clip features Angela Mercado surprising her mother and grandmother with her unexpected return to the Philippines after over four years.
"To keep my return a surprise, I didn't inform anyone about it," Angela shared with WooGlobe. "I went to my brother's house so that he would be the first to know that I was in the Philippines.
"I asked him to accompany me to my family's house. I was wearing a mask, and when I saw my grandmother outside, I asked for her permission to use the restroom, which she granted without thinking twice.
"When I got out, I saw my mother and grandmother standing next to each other, so I approached them and removed my facemask."
The filmer added that she was immensely grateful for being able to reunite with her grandmother, as every year, she would wish that she'd stay alive to meet her granddaughter.
"She (the grandmother) was so eager to see and be with me," the returnee commented.
